At HolidayParkSpecials.co.uk, we value your opinion. Comments to improve our customer service and/or website are therefore more than welcome. Need to contact us because you are unhappy about your booking and/or our services? Please fill in the form below within 2 weeks of your stay.
You will receive a confirmation that we have received your complaint in good order. We aim to process the complaint within 10 working days, calculated from the date of receipt.
Should it occur that you are dissatisfied with the handling of your complaint or that the above steps have not led to a satisfactory solution, you have up to 3 months after departure from the vacation park the opportunity to submit your complaint to the Home Shopping Disputes Committee. The decision of this committee has the force of a binding opinion.
You can also submit your complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution committee.
