HolidayParkSpecials operates solely as an online reservation platform and acts as an intermediary in the creation of agreements between the consumer and the temporary accommodation provider. Through this online reservation platform, an accommodation provider can advertise, trade, sell, promote, and/or offer their services for reservation or rental. If you make a reservation through this online reservation platform, you enter into an agreement and a contractual relationship with the accommodation provider with whom you are booking, without our intervention.
