Reviews of Holiday Parks

We consider it important to pay attention to your opinion as a guest at a holiday park. By publishing your feedback, we aim to provide an objective and independent view of the holiday parks we offer.

If you have booked a stay at a holiday park through HolidayParkSpecials, you will receive an email after your stay inviting you to fill out a review. We will ask questions about the park’s facilities, the accommodation, the service, and the surroundings of the holiday park. Once you submit the review, you will receive a notification about its online posting.

Screening Criteria

Every review we receive goes through a screening process. This is to protect the privacy of our staff and that of the holiday parks.

Reasons for Modifying Parts:

• Park staff are personally addressed, which breaches privacy
• An answer is placed in the wrong field and belongs to a different question
• Temporary promotions and/or prices are mentioned
• There is a reference to a holiday park where the guest did not stay.

Reasons for Removing Parts:

• There are offensive remarks
• There is insulting text.

Reasons for Deleting a Review:

• At the customer's request, the review will be removed
• The customer indicates in the review that they did not stay at the holiday park.

Reasons for Not Posting a Photo:

• Photos of customers posing for the camera
• Photos of a messy accommodation, unattractive and unnecessary details, and/or damage
• Photos of poor quality (blurry, too light, or too dark)
• Photos of food and drink (unless it is clearly from the holiday park)
• Photos with editing, such as from a mobile phone or with a photographer’s copyright notice
• Photos with (almost) the same view; in this case, the best photo will be chosen
• Photos from a stock image bank or in doubt that they were not taken by the customer themselves
• At the customer’s request.

When Can I View My Review or Photo?

The rating of a holiday park is shown when there are at least 5 reviews available. We aim to screen reviews within 5 business days of receipt so that they can be viewed online (after approval). You will be notified via email when your review is posted.

Trustpilot is an independent platform that HolidayParkSpecials is affiliated with. Reviews on Trustpilot are written by consumers from around the world. Anyone with a service or purchase experience in the past 12 months can write a review for free, provided they have a Trustpilot user account, follow the review guidelines, and have no conflict of interest with the company being reviewed.
