How do I make a reservation with HolidayParkSpecials?
Reserving a holiday stay through the HolidayParkSpecials website is very simple:
- Choose the holiday park and the desired accommodation type (or Special) on your preferred date and click on ‘Reserve’.
- Follow all the steps in the reservation process.
- The reservation is final once you have completed the last step and clicked on ‘Confirm your booking’. At that moment, an agreement is established between you and the respective holiday park.
- Within half an hour of making the reservation, you will receive an email confirmation. The reservation number serves as confirmation.
- From this point on, you can assume that your reservation is in order.
From what age can I make a reservation?
The minimum age required to make a reservation is always 18 years. Therefore, at least one person aged 18 or older must be present during the stay. In some exceptions, the minimum age is 21 years. In such cases, this will be explicitly mentioned on the holiday park's page.
I am receiving an error message when trying to make a reservation. What should I do?
If an error message appears on the page after you click 'confirm reservation,' please contact our customer service. In most cases, the reservation has been successfully made, but the page where the reservation is confirmed has expired.
For any other error messages, we also advise you to contact our customer service.
Can I invoke the right of withdrawal after making my reservation with HolidayParkSpecials?
No, after making a reservation through HolidayParkSpecials, you cannot invoke the right of withdrawal. Since you made a reservation directly with the holiday park via HolidayParkSpecials, this matter is handled by the respective holiday park. This is explained in the general terms and conditions of HolidayParkSpecials.
Where can I go with questions about the availability of an accommodation?
You can check the current availability of an accommodation on our website on the page of the holiday park you have chosen. If an accommodation is not shown on your selected date, it is unfortunately not available.
Please note: The current availability of an accommodation may vary from day to day.
Is it important to provide the arrival time when making the reservation with HolidayParkSpecials?
Reserved accommodations are guaranteed until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival unless otherwise specified. If you arrive at the holiday park after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, you must notify the holiday park in advance by phone. This way, they can hold the accommodation(s) for you. If you already know your arrival time, it is helpful to inform them early as well.
At most holiday parks, the reception is open all day. However, there are also holiday parks where the reception is open for a limited number of hours, especially in the evening. The contact details and opening hours of the reception can be found on the reservation confirmation of the respective holiday park.
Is it possible to book multiple consecutive stay periods?
Yes, that is possible. If this option is not available on our website, you can contact our customer service about it.
