I have lost my reservation confirmation or have not received it. What should I do?

Have you reserved through HolidayParkSpecials more than half an hour ago but have not yet received a reservation confirmation from us? We have outlined the steps below to help you:

  1. First, check if the confirmation has ended up in your junk mail folder. How do I check my junk mail? Go to your email and look in the junk mail or spam folder. Here’s how to do this for Gmail and Outlook. The reservation confirmation may have ended up there because our email address is not on your list of safe senders.

  2. Is the reservation confirmation not in your spam folder? The confirmation is sent from the email address info@holidayparkspecials.co.uk. Search your email folder for this email address: info@holidayparkspecials.co.uk. You may find the reservation confirmation in your inbox this way. Also, ensure this email address is added to your list of safe senders.

  3. Is the confirmation not in your junk mail? Then contact our customer service. Please note: when filling out the contact form, use the email address with which you made the reservation.
