How can I change my booking?
Modifying Your Reservation
If you wish to modify your reservation, please contact our customer service team via the contact form or call us at +31 23-3024901 (10 ct. p/m | available Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 16:00, excluding Dutch back holidays).
We will then consult with the holiday park to determine if your request is feasible. Possible modifications include:
- Arrival date
- Travel companions
- Number of accommodations and/or nights
Additional costs (if applicable): Depending on the type of modification, the holiday park may charge additional fees. If this is the case, we will discuss these costs with you in advance.
How can I cancel my booking?
I Want to Cancel My Reservation. How Do I Do That?
If you wish to cancel your reservation, we recommend first checking the cancellation policy associated with your reservation. You can find this information in your reservation confirmation. Below is an overview of the different scenarios:
According to the policy, you can cancel free of charge You may cancel your reservation free of charge. Follow these three simple steps to cancel your reservation:
- Open your reservation confirmation. You received this in your booking confirmation email.
- Click on the link "cancel reservation" in the email.
- Confirm that you wish to cancel your reservation.
Note: Your reservation is only canceled once you have completed these steps and received a cancellation confirmation.
Free cancellation is no longer possible according to the policy You may still cancel your reservation, but cancellation fees will apply. The amount of these fees depends on how close to the arrival date you cancel. This is always a percentage and/or a minimum fee. The specific terms that apply to your reservation can be found in your confirmation.
Important to know: Any costs for a cancellation insurance policy are non-refundable. Additionally, any transaction fees are also non-refundable.
Non-cancellable Unfortunately, it is not (or no longer) possible to cancel your reservation.
Can I take out cancellation insurance with HolidayParkSpecials?
Would you like to avoid unnecessary costs in case of a cancellation? You can take out a short-term cancellation insurance policy with us, provided by Mutuaide.

What is the difference between cancellation conditions and cancellation insurance?
All holiday parks have cancellation policies, which vary by park. These policies outline when the holiday park will charge fees upon cancellation.
With a cancellation insurance policy, you are covered against financial losses due to canceling your reservation, for instance, in case of illness. If the holiday park charges fees for the cancellation and the cancellation falls within the terms of the short-term cancellation insurance, you can claim these costs from Mutuaide. How can I submit a claim with Mutuaide?
Note: You can only submit a claim if you have taken out a short-term cancellation insurance policy through HolidayParkSpecials and if the claim falls within Mutuaide’s terms and conditions.
