More Information about the offer on our Platform

If an offer from a Provider on our Platform has a limited validity period or is subject to certain conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the respective offer.

Furthermore, the offer on our Platform includes an accurate description of the services offered. The description is detailed enough to allow you to make a proper assessment of the offer. Apparent mistakes or obvious errors in the offer are not binding.

Each offer contains sufficient information to clearly inform you of the rights and obligations associated with accepting the offer. This particularly concerns:

• the price of the offer;
• the amount of any taxes that may be charged to you;
• the method of payment and the execution of the agreement;
• the period for accepting the offer; and
• the amount of service charges that may be applied.

How do the search results work on our platform?

We strive to display the search results on our Platform as accurately and relevantly as possible. However, visitors also have the option to influence the search results by adjusting the search criteria, including:

• applying a variety of filters; and
• sorting the search results by specific criteria, such as price, guest reviews, Provider’s name, and distance from a particular location.

Unless visitors to our Platform choose to apply one of the following filters, we apply a default sorting order to the search results, in which the offers are ranked based on several factors to ensure relevance. These factors include, among others:

• the price of the offered Accommodation or Special, as determined by the Provider;
• the general availability of the offered Accommodation or Special for the dates chosen by the visitor;
• the number of recent bookings in relation to the number of times all visitors have viewed the Accommodation or Special;
• the recency of when a Provider joined our Platform; and
• a Provider has the option to pay an additional fee for a boost in the search results.

Please note: where this boost in the search results occurs, it is made visible and transparent to visitors on our Platform.

Additionally, we occasionally experiment with the weighting of one or more of the aforementioned factors to increase the accuracy and relevance of the search results and provide a better overall experience for visitors on our Platform. If the default sorting order is modified, this documentation will also be adjusted accordingly.

Definitions

• "Platform": the (mobile) website https://www.holidayparkspecials.co.uk/ where the Accommodation and/or Special is made available, controlled, managed, maintained, and/or hosted by Bungalow Booker, the owner of the platform.
• "Accommodation": the temporary accommodation that you can reserve, rent, combine, pay for, or complete with the Provider.
• "Provider": the provider of the Accommodation (e.g., hotels, bed & breakfasts, apartments, and bungalows) and related services.
