Complaints
At HolidayParkSpecials.co.uk, we value your opinion. Comments to improve our customer service and/or website are therefore more than welcome. Need to contact us because you are unhappy about your booking and/or our services? Please fill in the form below within 2 weeks of your stay. We strive to address your complaint within 2 working days, and to respond within 14 working days. A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt.
Should it occur that you are dissatisfied with the handling of your complaint or that the above steps have not led to a satisfactory solution, you have up to 3 months after departure from the vacation park the opportunity to submit your complaint to the Home Shopping Disputes Committee. The decision of this committee has the force of a binding opinion.
You can also submit your complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution committee.
