Where can I go with questions about the availability of an accommodation?

The current availability of an accommodation can be checked on our website on the page of the holiday park you have chosen. If an accommodation is not shown on your selected date, it is unfortunately not available.

Please note: the current availability of an accommodation may vary by day (or part of the day).

I want to cancel my reservation. How do I do that?

When you wish to cancel your reservation, we recommend first checking the cancellation terms of your reservation. You can find these in your reservation confirmation. Below is an overview of the different scenarios:

You can cancel free of charge according to the terms

You can cancel your reservation free of charge. You can do this yourself in three simple steps:

  1. Open your reservation confirmation. You received this in your booking confirmation email;
  2. Click on the 'cancel reservation' link in your email;
  3. Confirm that you wish to cancel your reservation.

Please note: Your reservation is only canceled once you have completed these steps and received a cancellation confirmation.

Free cancellation is no longer possible according to the terms

You can cancel your reservation, but unfortunately, cancellation fees will apply. The amount of these fees depends on the timing of your cancellation relative to the arrival date. This is always a percentage and/or a minimum amount. The specific terms that apply to your reservation can be found in your confirmation.

Good to know: Any costs of a cancellation insurance policy are non-refundable. Additionally, any transaction fees are never refunded.

Unfortunately, it is not (or no longer) possible to cancel your reservation.

How can I change my reservation?

Modify Your Reservation

If you would like to modify your reservation, please contact our customer service via the contact form or call us at 023-5160377 (available Mon-Fri from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding holidays).

We will then discuss your request with the holiday park to see if it is possible. Possible changes include:

  • Arrival date
  • Travel group
  • Number of accommodations and/or nights

(Potential) Additional Costs: Depending on the type of modification, the holiday park may charge additional costs. If this is the case, we will discuss these costs with you in advance.

Can I specify one or more preferences?

You can specify one or more preferences when making a reservation. We will pass your request on to the holiday park so they are aware of it. This includes preferences such as:

• A specific location or house number
• Specific extras, including a bath or shower cabin

Please note: Although the holiday park will always try to accommodate your preferences, indicating a preference is not a guarantee.

Additional charges for certain preferences
For some preferences you specify during the reservation, additional charges may apply. Whether or not this is the case depends on the holiday park. It may happen that a preference is already available as an extra option during the reservation process.

A preference of medical importance
If your preference is of medical importance, we advise you to contact our customer service before making a reservation.

When should the reservation be paid?

In most cases, you pay the total amount of your reservation directly to the holiday park you have chosen. You do not owe us any costs.

Payment Terms and Deadlines

The payment terms and deadlines vary by holiday park. Often, within a few hours and/or days after making your reservation, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions from the holiday park you have chosen. Depending on your arrival date, this payment must be made in advance of your stay. The holiday park may also require a deposit.
