Can I specify my wishes and/or preferences?

You can specify one or more preferences while making a reservation. We will pass your request on to the holiday park so they are aware of it. These preferences might include:

  • A specific location or house number
  • Specific amenities, such as a bath or shower cabin

Please note: Although the holiday park will always try to accommodate your wishes, indicating a preference is not a guarantee.

Extra charges for specific preferences For some preferences you specify during the reservation process, additional charges may apply. Whether or not a charge is required depends on the holiday park. It's possible that a preference can already be added as an extra option during the reservation process.

A preference of medical importance If your preference is of medical importance, we advise you to contact our customer service before making a reservation.

Is it still possible to indicate my preferences at a later time?

Yes, that is possible. If you wish to provide additional preferences at a later time, you will need to contact the reception of the respective holiday park directly. You can find the contact details of the holiday park on your reservation confirmation.

Can I specify a preference for the location of the accommodation?

Yes, you can specify a preference for the location when booking at any holiday park, such as "close to the park facilities," "by the water," or "next to each other." Please note that most requests incur a preference surcharge by the respective holiday park.

Can I bring my pet(s)?

Each holiday park has its own policy regarding pets. Some holiday parks do not allow pets at all, while in other cases, pets are permitted on the park grounds and/or in certain types of accommodations. Additionally, in most cases, a fee is charged for bringing a pet. You can find the costs for this in the price overview of the respective holiday park and accommodation type.

Are there accommodations available for people with disabilities?

Yes, some holiday parks offer special facilities for people with disabilities. However, not all holiday parks are fully accessible for disabled guests. On our website, you can filter the selection of holiday parks by 'Wheelchair Friendly' (for the holiday park) or 'Suitable for Disabled' (for the accommodation).

Is it possible to book a smoke-free or pet-free accommodation with HolidayParkSpecials?

Yes, definitely! On the HolidayParkSpecials website, you can find the 'House Rules' section under the facilities of the accommodation types. This section indicates whether an accommodation type is smoke-free and/or pet-free.

Is it possible to reserve and/or is there an (additional) baby bed available in the accommodation?

This can vary depending on the holiday park and accommodation type. Please check the availability of a baby bed and any additional charges for it in the facilities and price overview of the specific holiday park and accommodation type at HolidayParkSpecials.

How do I know which specific facilities are available at the accommodation?

The availability of certain facilities, such as a fireplace or specific kitchen appliances, depends on the holiday park and accommodation type. Does the accommodation I booked have its own parking space?

The availability of a parking space at an accommodation depends on the holiday park you choose. More information about the availability of a parking space at the accommodation can be found under the facilities of the respective holiday park and/or accommodation type.

Is it possible to check out earlier or later than indicated?

Yes, at many holiday parks, you can book an earlier or later check-in and/or check-out time. Typically, an additional fee is charged by the respective holiday park for this.

Is it allowed to stay at the holiday park as a group?

When you plan to stay at your chosen holiday park with a group, such as a football team, a group of young people, or workers, you must inform HolidayParkSpecials before making the reservation. Whether group stays are allowed depends on the specific holiday park. The holiday park reserves the right to decide at any time whether to accept or refuse the reservation. Please note: if you are staying at the holiday park as a group (not as a family), the holiday park may require an additional deposit.

Furthermore, different conditions may apply to corporate bookings compared to individual bookings. This may include a maximum of one guest per room, mandatory final cleaning, and a maximum booking period. If applicable, the holiday park will inform you of these conditions after the reservation is made.

Am I guaranteed a firework-free New Year's Eve at a firework-free holiday park with HolidayParkSpecials?

If the holiday park you selected is fireworks-free, then no fireworks are allowed to be set off on the premises during New Year's Eve. However, please keep in mind that the fireworks ban only applies to the grounds of the holiday park and not to the surrounding area. Unfortunately, they cannot guarantee that no fireworks will be set off in the vicinity.
